York Town Organics is a small, certified organic local farm pioneered by Bruce and Clare Jackson almost three decades ago. Today, our farm produces a wide range of the freshest organic produce available in Tasmania.

Today our products include micro salad, a wide range of baby leaves, herbs and root crops. We sell our produce to top restaurants and retail outlets where the love and hard work gone into producing these products is complemented with the same desire and passion for culinary perfection. a family business
All the family contributes to the development of York Town Organics. Bruce and Clare's son Ben returned to the farm in 2011 to take on the role of operations manager. Our eldest daughter Jessica trained as a chef and is now very busy with her beautiful family of her own and our youngest daughter Erin, is a qualified dietitian. Food is a common trend in the family!
